WEST MEMPHIS CIVIC COMPLEX CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

At the March 18th, 2020 meeting of the West Memphis Advertising & Promotion Commission, the commissioners unanimously voted to suspend all activities at Eugene Woods Civic Center and the West Memphis Civic Auditorium until further notice.

The number of people infected by COVID-19 Coronavirus continues to rise and will continue as more testing is done and awareness of the issue spreads. The West Memphis Advertising & Promotion Commission is following recommendations from the Federal Government and Center for Disease Control (CDC) about social distancing being the only way to contain the spread of the Coronavirus.

Any customer with a contract at the Civic Center or Civic Auditorium should contact Kimberly Hamilton at 870-732-7597 about rescheduling and/or refunds.
Sorry for any inconvenience and please stay safe. We want to see you all again soon under better circumstances.
